Pricing starts at $200 for the first 3 hours and $50 for each additional hour. More value at a lower cost. Imagine the ability to impeach a deponent in court with their own voice, facial expressions, in living color. Our clients have no need to purchase expensive transcripts. Instead, you can take your time reviewing the video, and only order the excerpt you need.

Privacy Policy

Virtual Deposition Videography will provide our clients with the highest level of confidentiality. No video or information pertaining to a case or video will be released to any party, and is considered private information unless written permission is given.

The Process

Step 1: Schedule a Virtual Deposition.

Step 2: VDV will send an invoice for the videographer's time. Upon payment your time will be confirmed

Step 3: Please provide VDV with the Notice of video deposition, include all participants.

Step 4: VDV will send the Zoom link to all participants via email. 

Step 5: Upon completion of the deposition VDV will send a link to order the video.

Step 6: VDV will invoice $100 per video per participant. 

Step 7: Upon payment, a downloadable video link with the deposition will be sent via email.

Florida Rules of Civil Procedure

Fla. R. Civ. P. 1.310 DEPOSITIONS UPON ORAL EXAMINATION

  • (b) Notice; Method of Taking; Production at Deposition.
  • (4) Any deposition may be audio visually recorded without leave of the court or stipulation of the parties, provided the  deposition is taken in accordance with this subdivision. 
  • (A)Notice. In addition to the requirements in subdivision (b)(1), a party intending to videotape a deposition must: 
  •      i. state that the deposition is to audio visually recorded in the title of the notice; and 
  •      ii. identify the method for audio visually recording the deposition and if applicable, provide the name and address of the operator of the audiovisual recording equipment in the body of the notice.
